sending you a VAT invoice or goods. Lorimers sells to the 'general public' and reserves the right to refuse orders it deems
to be of large quantity or placed by resellers. Your order
confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an
acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and
will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated
to you at the time Lorimers sends the email to you (whether or not
you receive that email).
Goods shall not be passed on to the customer until all sums due
from the customer to the supplier on any account has been paid in full. |

Pricing |

"RRP" - any "RRP" used on this Site represents the
manufacturer's suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of
the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your
area.
However, most of the time it will indicate prevailing selling prices.
"Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an
item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price
is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct)
amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is
higher than our quoted price, Lorimers shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our
discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the
item in order not to cause you inconvenience. |

Delivery |

If you select standard (or free) delivery, we will deliver your order within normal working hours within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of the order if we receive your order
before 3pm. If your order is received after 3pm, we will
deliver the order within normal working hours within 4 - 6 business
days. Please note the 'in stock status' of the product at the time of ordering. If the item is out of stock, we cannot guarantee a future delivery. Lorimers can and will not be held
responsible or liable for any late deliveries or where there are stock inaccuracies on our system. |

Your Order |

We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods
of an equivalent nature (e.g. a blue stapler for a red one). If you
do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return
them to us within 7 days of their receipt.
Where items are in an assortment, one will be supplied at random. Lorimers' cannot be held responsible if the item in the assortment isn't satisfactory and it will be at the customers expense to return the product for a refund. We endeavor to include in our item details and product images which items are in an assortment, although this may not always be the case. |

Loyalty Card |
|

The Lorimers Reward Card scheme is operated by J H Lorimer Limited of Unit B2, Ullswater Crescent, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 2HR. Lorimer Reward Cards are issued by and remain the property of J H Lorimer Limited.
Loyalty points or discount will be awarded for eligible purchases at any Lorimers store and details are available on request.
Where loyalty points can be redeemed, this can only be for goods and services at Lorimers stores and only redeemable by presenting a valid Lorimers Reward Card at the time of purchase at any Lorimers store. Lorimers Reward Card loyalty points cannot be redeemed online.
No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the loyalty points redeemed.
Lorimers Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refunds can only be provided for goods purchased using a Lorimer Reward Card in accordance with Lorimers Refund and Returns policy meaning that a till receipt will need to be produced in all cases. In the event of a refund any loyalty points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the Lorimer Reward Card account and if purchase was made using redeemed loyalty points, in partial or full payments, the loyalty points may still be refunded.
Evidence of identity may be required when Lorimers loyalty points are redeemed.
Members must notify J H Lorimer Limited of any lost or stolen Lorimer Reward Card in writing as soon as possible. Any replacement Lorimers Reward Card will be issued at the sole discretion of J H Lorimer Limited who has no responsibility for lost or stolen cards. Any loyalty points attributable to a lost or stolen card will not be re-rewarded.
J H Lorimer Limited reserves the right to :
- Exclude certain products from the scheme at any time and without notice
- Make any changes at any time in its absolute discretion to these terms and conditions
- Suspend or terminate the scheme at any time by providing not less than 30 days notice to participating schools.
