Delivery Details

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and understand that at times the goods we supply may not meet your expectations. Please review our Returns Policy below.

Received an item not required/changed your mind?

We offer a 14 day returns policy, provided that the item is in a resalable condition.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, return the item in it's original, resellable condition and a credit to the account used to make the purchase will be made.

Please encluse your delivery note (or a copy) with the product(s) being returned.

Please note that goods being returned are at the customers expense.

For an item to be in a resalable condition, we ask that it is in the original packaging, with no markings or writing on it. Please note if the item is a business machine or printer cartidges, the original packaging must remain unopened.

If you paid by credit/debit card, we will provide a refund back to the card you used to purchase the item. If you paid by account, a credit note will be recorded on your next statement.

Received a faulty item

If the faulty item does not come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact us within 28 days of delivery so we can arrange collection and replacement:

Please have your delivery note number and missing product code(s) at hand. Also, when applicable (e.g. printers) the product code and serial number (found on either the bar code label on the side of your box or on the side of the machine) at hand.

If the faulty item came with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

All replacements are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

Received a damaged item?

Please report any damaged items to us within three days of delivery in order for us to collect and replace the item:

Please have your delivery note or invoice number and product code at hand when telling us about a damaged item.

Items missing from order

If you find an item missing from your order please check for one of the following:

1) Does the package look 'tampered with?
2) Are there any markings on the delivery note?
3) Report the item to us within 3 days of delivery.

If none of the above applies, please contact us within three business days of delivery and we will get the item out to you as soon as possible.

Received an item not ordered

If you find an item in your delivery that you did not order, simply arrange for us to collect it by contacting us as follows:

We collect items within 7 business days from the time you notify us.
