If you would like to make a return, please notify us by e-mailing our returns department and await approval. Include the
following details in the e-mail:
- Delivery note or invoice number
- Date of delivery
- Number of parcels
- Product codes and descriptions
Returns can only be accepted if they have been authorised.
Alternatively, you may fax us on 020 8655 8071 (for the attention of Emma Stephenson) to await approval.
For returns due to customer error, items must be
returned in their original condition to the address below and at the customer's
own expense:
